The current Roster view only provides schedules information for each day, but doesn’t include attendance information. We will enhance this feature by adding attendance data in, so attendance data for the previous working days can be viewed directly from the roster.

Data without analysis is meaningless. Thus we have planned to include data analysis, focusing on the attendance data obtained from TimeTec TA. The data analysis section will be placed under Attendance feature. The analysis includes:

1. Attendance Analysis
2. Overall Work Rate
3. Work Rate
4. Tardiness Analysis

User can choose to view the analysis in daily or monthly. The analysis will be displayed in bar or line charts to provide a better view of your company’s workforce performance.

Get to know who's on leave or off duty, directly from Roster. Pick the date and the Off Duty users will be listed for easy reference. This option will be made available for both Admin and User. With this function, both management and employee can plan ahead to ensure a smooth operation for the company.

Good communication is important for every organization, thus our team has proposed for include the Message function in the TimeTec Mobile. This function will give the user/employee another platform to interact with their colleagues via TimeTec Mobile. The Message function will include:

1. Group and individual chatting.
2. Any user can add other users in a chat group.
3. User can remove other user from a chat group or leave the group.

In TimeTec TA, you will be able to use NFC or Beacon as one of the clocking method. For this clocking method, Admin will first need to setup the checkpoints for each NFC/Beacon in the application.

1. Admin needs to create the checkpoints by assigning the ID, device name and the location name for reference, and then scan the device and assigned to the created checkpoints.
2. Create checkpoint group in TimeTec TA, group the checkpoints and add users that are allowed to use this clocking option.

In the current mobile clocking, user only needs to press the fingerprint image, insert their clocking type (IN/OUT/BREAK/RESUME) and workcode, depending on the system's configuration. To enhance this option, the management can set for compulsory photo to be attached with clocking activities.

We will be adding more mobile clocking options such as Beacon and NFC in TimeTec TA. With that, we will update the mobile location tracking report to include the clocking type and reporting channel for each clocking activities.

Users who are on Restday or Holiday don't have work time information, so the working section in the dashboard will show restday/holiday mode.

In Roster Overview, user will get to view all schedules associated, holidays, off-duty users and also add a note. To maximize this feature, we'll enhance the Roster Overview for both Admin and User view.

The current import function in TimeTec TA allows user to import information that's available in the sample file provided. As we have introduced customizable data fields earlier, we will improve this function to allow user to match the imported data to the data fields available in the system. This improvement will give flexibility and ease bulk import process.
