Every now and then you'll encountered problematic employees that you'd want to keep an eye on. Sometimes, you just want to monitor your employees on their attendance. Whatever the reason is, we have a monitoring page that you can set in TimeTec TA and you'll receive the notification at your smartphone.

The Memo feature is already available in TimeTec TA App but we are not stopping there. Admin can soon add attachment in the memo itself. Attach announcement letter, pictures or report in the memo to be sent to all or selected employees. Attachment allowed are pdf, xls, doc, ppt, and jpg, for a maximum total size of 20MB.

Nowadays, many are using their mobile phones to access and manage their work, thus it's only wise to add more features in our mobile app. In the current app, both user and admin can view their individual roster. We will be enhancing this feature to enable admin to view all rosters available for their company. Simply click at the date to see all schedules for that day and click at the schedule to view employees assigned to the schedule. That easy!

NFC is one of the clocking methods that will be included in TimeTec Mobile. With this option, user will only need to tap their NFC enabled smartphones to the NFC tag in the office to report their attendance. Once the user has tapped at the NFC tag, TimeTec Mobile will send the clocking details straight into TimeTec TA for processing.

The current Roster view only provides schedules information for each day, but doesn’t include attendance information. We will enhance this feature by adding attendance data in, so attendance data for the previous working days can be viewed directly from the roster.

Get to know who's on leave or off duty, directly from Roster. Pick the date and the Off Duty users will be listed for easy reference. This option will be made available for both Admin and User. With this function, both management and employee can plan ahead to ensure a smooth operation for the company.

Good communication is important for every organization, thus our team has proposed for include the Message function in the TimeTec Mobile. This function will give the user/employee another platform to interact with their colleagues via TimeTec Mobile. The Message function will include:

1. Group and individual chatting.
2. Any user can add other users in a chat group.
3. User can remove other user from a chat group or leave the group.

In the current mobile clocking, user only needs to press the fingerprint image, insert their clocking type (IN/OUT/BREAK/RESUME) and workcode, depending on the system's configuration. To enhance this option, the management can set for compulsory photo to be attached with clocking activities.
