SME Digitalisation Grant for TimeTec Solutions
APPLICATION WORKFLOW
1.
a. SMEs appoint and confirm TimeTec's Digitalization Services from TimeTec.
b. TimeTec provides invoice to SMEs.
c. SMEs pay 50% if the invoice amount is < RM10,000, or if the invoice amount is > RM10,000, SMEs need to pay the balance amount after minus RM5000, to TimeTec. SMEs has the option to pay through Easy Payment Scheme for the balance.
 
2.
a. SMEs print out and fill up this SME Digitalization Initiative Form.
b. SMEs prepared the following Company Documents (hardcopy):
 
Copy of Identity Card or Passport of Director (s) / Partner (s) / Proprietor(s), whichever is applicable.
Copy of business registration licenses (CCM, Form A/B, Form 24 & 49 and M&A or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016).
Audited financial statement for the last financial year and the latest management account or evidence of sales turnover (if any).
Company's bank statement for the last two (2) months.
Invoice and service agreement from TimeTec
Payment receipt of SME
Company's profile (if any).

3. Submit 1. TimeTec Invoice & Payment Receipt 2. Application form 3. Company documents, to any BSN branches nationwide to process application (around 15 working days)

BSN Bank Approves Application

Congratulations!
The process is complete
BSN will disburse the 50% or the balance amount to TimeTec.
*Eligibility of SMEs
The SME has Malaysian equity ownership of at least 60%.
The SME is registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia.
The SME has been in operation for at least one (1) year.
For SMEs that have operated in one (1) year: minimum annual sales turnover of RM 100,000.
For SMEs that have operated for more than two (2) years: minimum annual sales turnover of RM 50,000 in two (2) consecutive years.
Good News!
SMEs can start to set up and use TimeTec TA & Leave even before receiving BSN's approval.
