New Features
1. Revamp of Daily Attendance Listing Report
The Daily Attendance Listing Report presents staff's daily attendance details for the selected date and users; complete with the summary of the staff's total work hours, OT and short time.

In November, we’ve updated the report as follows:

a. Revamped from Crystal Report to DevEspress XtraReport
b. Daily Attendance Listing Report – Now Supports Display of Multiple Leaves Per Day
2. Report Scheduler - Added Option for ‘Electronic Time Card (6-columns)’
Next up, we’ve added the ‘Electronic Time Card (6-columns) Report’ to the list of reports that can be exported through the Scheduler function.

a. Report Scheduler - Electronic Time Card (6-columns) Added to Select Report Dropdown
3. New Report - Attendance User Count By Division Report
Following a customer’s request, we are also expanding the range of reports by introducing a new report known as ‘Attendance User Count By Division’. This report, which falls under the Attendance Listing menu section, displays the summary of attendance, tardiness and leave taken within the selected date range and divisions. You can also find this option in the Report Scheduler function.

Please refer to the screenshots below for more details:

a. Report Menu - Attendance User Count By Division
b. Attendance User Count By Division - Report Selection
c. Attendance User Count By Division Report
d. Report Scheduler - Attendance User Count By Division Report
4. Enhancement of Manage System Roles & Admin – New Edit OT Hour Restriction
Next is an enhancement for the management of System Roles. If you wish to provide Admins with the right to edit Overtime data in the Attendance Sheet but it should be subject to a limitation, you can now set this at the module rights settings (Manage System Roles & Admin > System Role > Add/Edit > Module Rights > Attendance & Report Tab).

When you allow Admins to edit Overtime, you can further specify whether they can enter any new value or apply a restriction that the value must be less than the actual amount of OT based user’s clocking.

a. Add/Edit System Role Popup - Added Dropdown to Select “Any Amount” and “Must be less than the actual amount”
b. Admin Editing OT - “Must be less than the actual amount” Restriction Applied
5. New Fields Added in the Export Attendance - Detail Schema & Summary Schema
To export the attendance data, the Admin needs to first configure the Detail or Summary Schema (Attendance > Export Attendance > Detail/Summary Schema) by specifying the required column arrangements for the export file. This month, we’ve added new data fields to the selection available in both Detail Schema and the Summary Schema:

a. Detail Schema - Added OT Hour/ Approved OT (smallest value), Holiday Approved OT < "X" Hours & Holiday Remaining Total Approved OT
b. Summary Schema - Added Total Actual OT Hour/ Total Approved OT (smallest value)
c. Example - Export Attendance Detail
d. Example - Export Attendance Summary
6. New Schedule Setting – “Work treat as Overtime” and “Exclude short time”
If you have staff clocking in for work on days where they have not been prescheduled to work (Restday, Offday, Holiday) and your company needs for this to be accounted for as Overtime hours in the Attendance Sheet, you can now utilise a new schedule setting: “Work treat as Overtime” and “Exclude short time”. This can be applied to either the weekly, daily or flexi schedule.

a. Schedule Setting: Add Schedule
i. Weekly Schedule
ii. Flexi Schedule
iii. Daily Schedule
b. Preview Schedule
c. Edit Schedule
d. View Schedule
e. Sample - Attendance Sheet with “Work treat as Overtime” (Restday, Exclude short time) Option Enabled
TimeTec Profile Update
1. Employment Growth Chart - Added Newly Joined & Resigned User Tab
For Admin users, you may notice that there’s an Employment Growth Chart on your TimeTec Profile Dashboard. This line chart illustrates the monthly employment growth/change throughout the calendar year. You can click on any month’s data point to display a table with the active user list of that particular month.

While this shows overall user information, some of you may be interested in the month to month changes instead. Hence, we recently added two new listings for Newly Joined & Resigned users, on top of the existing All user list. Refer to the sample screenshots below for further details:

a. TimeTec Profile Homepage (Admin View) - Employment Growth Chart
b. Added Newly Joined Users Tab
Newly Joined, Resigned and All users tab will appear when Admin clicks on the line chart point.
c. Added Resigned Users Tab
Resigned user list includes resigned, terminated, suspended and deleted users.
d. All Users Tab
2. Age Report – Added User Listing
Besides the Employment Growth Chart, there is also an Age Report on the Admin dashboard which will show you employees’ age distribution. In November, we added a table containing user details and you can click on one of the bars to filter the list for the selected age group.
3. Display 'Joined Date' Column in the Manage User Page
We added a 'Joined Date' column in the Manage User page so that Admins can easily retrieve and edit settings for newly added users.
