TimeTec TA introduces a new feature known as “Work Location” to identify the employees' whereabouts at all times. The system names the first three default work locations as Work from home, On-site, and Office, and the customer can edit and utilize a total of 30 work locations to benefit the whole operation.
How does this feature work?
Managing a dynamic workforce is no easy feat. Often, without a proper tool, the office is blind as to where exactly the staff are. This feature is designed to manage workforce mobility effectively.
4 Easy Steps to Setup Work Location on TimeTec TA
Define your business’s work locations, i.e. Headquarters, Kajang branch, Semenyih branch, Ijok branch, Site for Project XYZ in Ipoh, Work from Home, etc.
Connect all the devices to their appropriate locations.
Set GPS geofence to any locations (if required) for staff using GPS on App to clock attendance.
Employees can start using work location tagging from App and web.
