The current import function in TimeTec TA allows user to import information that's available in the sample file provided. As we have introduced customizable data fields earlier, we will improve this function to allow user to match the imported data to the data fields available in the system. This improvement will give flexibility and ease bulk import process.

We are constantly updating our design to provide the best UX to our users. Thus our designer came up with a new design for the User Profile. Currently the User Profile is using tab design, so we will change the arrangement and make the design look more clean and crisp. Check out the pictures attached. Yay or nay?

In TimeTec TA, you can determine the system roles and assign them to selected users. We will be including the mobile app permission in the system role so you can dertermine who can be assigned as Admin for mobile app.

For flexi schedule, Admin has the option to enable the work code for job costing. If this option is enabled, users assigned to this schedule will have to insert the work code every time they perform clocking.

In Roster Overview, user will get to view all schedules associated, holidays, off-duty users and also add a note. To maximize this feature, we'll enhance the Roster Overview for both Admin and User view.

Creating work schedule can be diffult at times, so we want to offer help by giving you schedule templates in the Schedule section so you can choose the suitable template for your use. Some of the schedule templates are 9 to 5 work schedule, 4/10 compressed work schedule, 4-3, ten hour rotating shift schedule and many more.

Overtime if not managed properly can add up your operating cost. In our plan, we will add the approval engine for Overtime request so user can request for overtime from their superior. With this approval engine, superior will know all overtime time activities and will be able to plan their working schedule better.
The workflow will be as below:

1. Admin set the approval rules for the overtime request; set the criteria to initiate the approval process, set approvers and it's validity.
2. User create overtime request in Roster and submit for approval.
3. Admin received request and make approval.
   

It takes time to get familiar with a new system. We get that! To ensure our customers get to try TimeTec TA without having to do a lot of setting up, we will create a schedule automatically for them once they sign up.

Setting up a schedule can be tedious. Sometimes, the schedules differ on working times only. To ease the schedule creation, we will add “Copy from” option to allow Admin to copy the information of existing schedule to a new one. With this, Admin can edit the necessary contents such as the working time and submit without having to make a lot of changes.

We will add one more listing in our Report section, where you will be able to print the user list for each FingerTec terminal, directly from TimeTec TA. The report will show the list of users available in the terminal, together with their privileges, user ID and clocking methods allowed.
