Good communication is important for every organization, thus our team has proposed for include the Message function in the TimeTec Mobile. This function will give the user/employee another platform to interact with their colleagues via TimeTec Mobile. The Message function will include:

1. Group and individual chatting.
2. Any user can add other users in a chat group.
3. User can remove other user from a chat group or leave the group.

Check the illustration provided for more details.

Data without analysis is meaningless. Thus we have planned to include data analysis, focusing on the attendance data obtained from TimeTec TA. The data analysis section will be placed under Attendance feature. The analysis includes:

1. Attendance Analysis
2. Overall Work Rate
3. Work Rate
4. Tardiness Analysis

User can choose to view the analysis in daily or monthly. The analysis will be displayed in bar or line charts to provide a better view of your company’s workforce performance.

Overtime if not managed properly can add up your operating cost. In our plan, we will add the approval engine for Overtime request so user can request for overtime from their superior. With this approval engine, superior will know all overtime time activities and will be able to plan their working schedule better.
The workflow will be as below:

1. Admin set the approval rules for the overtime request; set the criteria to initiate the approval process, set approvers and it's validity.
2. User create overtime request in Roster and submit for approval.
3. Admin received request and make approval.
   

Sometimes, a user needs his superior to make changes to his attendance, due to missed clocking or incorrect work code input. We’ve got that covered with the Change Request function, where user can send their request to their superior, but we won't stop at that.
We will enhance this feature by adding the approval engine in the Attendance module where user will be allowed to edit their own attendance and submit to their superior for approval. The workflow will be as below:

1. Admin set the approval rules for the attendance; set the criteria to initiate the approval process, set approvers and it's validity.
2. User edits his attendance and submits for approval.
3. Admin received request and make approval.

User can view the status of his request and add comment if necessary. This approval engine will be added in other module as well, to promote better interactions between superior and employees.

Changes are inevitable when it comes to schedules/shift/attendance. Therefore to improve the communication between manager and employee, we will add a notification module to notify employee on any amendments made to his/her schedule/shift/attendance.

1. System will send notification automatically when admin:
   - Amend on user’s attendance data
   - Assign new roster to user
   - Amend on user’s roster
2. These notifications will be categorized under Attendance in Notification section.
3. User will not receive any notification if this module is disabled. Notification > Attendance

The Export Attendance to Payroll option will show the payroll options available according to your country. For Malaysia, the current payroll software that has been included in this option are WinComm Pay 7 and SQL Payroll. In our plan, we will include Sage UBS payroll in this option for our Malaysia customer.

We are constantly updating our design to provide the best UX to our users. Thus our designer came up with a new design for the User Profile. Currently the User Profile is using tab design, so we will change the arrangement and make the design look more clean and crisp. Check out the pictures attached. Yay or nay?

Would like to request in adding remarks at the clocking page in TimetecTa Mobile App (300 characters Max) so user able to key in what's their jobscope at the site and to be shown in Mobile Location Tracking Report for Admin to check.

Currently, all attendance data in your TimeTec account will be kept for up to 5 years. To improve the speed of loading the current attendance data, we will separate the first 2 years data and kept the last 3 years data in Archive. Data in Archive are for viewing purpose only, so no changes can be made for the archive's data. This process will be the same in both Attendance and Data Audit List.

We will be giving the Attendance and Data Audit List UI a new up-to-date and much-friendlier look.
