Shift Report will be added in TimeTec TA. This report will allow Admin to view the start and end shift date, device name, in and out time and and a record to indicate whether the shift is an overnight shift or not.

In TimeTec TA, you can upload your company logo and this logo will reflect in the mobile app, at Clocking section. We are enhancing this feature and adding in your company logo at the Home section, in both normal and flexi chart. This section is only available for Admin, but we are working to include the company logo in the User page too. Stay tuned!

This is a simple improvement to inform users that the system is searching the Beacon device.

TimeTec Leave is going to be available very soon, so we will update the side menu for TimeTec TA to include TimeTec Leave. By having this option, user can change from one app to another smoothly.

In TimeTec TA, you can determine the system roles and assign them to selected users. We will be including the mobile app permission in the system role so you can dertermine who can be assigned as Admin for mobile app.

Creating work schedule can be diffult at times, so we want to offer help by giving you schedule templates in the Schedule section so you can choose the suitable template for your use. Some of the schedule templates are 9 to 5 work schedule, 4/10 compressed work schedule, 4-3, ten hour rotating shift schedule and many more.

Creating your company's hierarchy chart will be easier with the batch assigment function. This function is added to allow Admin to select multiple users/employees to be assigned under their department or division. Simply click the 'people' icon and an employee list will pop up for you to search and select. Super easy!

We will be adding another type of report where admin can view all clocking data for a user from the selected terminals. The report will display information such as the in and out time, total work time, overtime and remark.

In TimeTec TA, you will be able to use NFC or Beacon as one of the clocking method. For this clocking method, Admin will first need to setup the checkpoints for each NFC/Beacon in the application.

1. Admin needs to create the checkpoints by assigning the ID, device name and the location name for reference, and then scan the device and assigned to the created checkpoints.
2. Create checkpoint group in TimeTec TA, group the checkpoints and add users that are allowed to use this clocking option.
